The Project
Large-Pad Grading with Tight Field Control
The commerce park required a broad commercial pad shaped across red clay, gravel access, and active equipment paths.
Benson sequenced grading, layout checks, compaction support, and stormwater coordination so the site stayed workable through changing conditions.
The result was a controlled commercial pad ready for the next phase of site infrastructure and vertical construction.
