Midtown Office Utility Upgrade
Midtown, Atlanta - Live-Building Utility Coordination
Project Type
Commercial Utilities
Location
Midtown, Atlanta
Year Completed
2023
Site Type
Occupied Property
Scope
Utilities, Trenching, Concrete
The Project
Utility Work Without Stopping Access
The property stayed active while utility and site repairs were underway, which meant access, safety, and daily coordination mattered as much as production.
Benson phased trenching, backfill, concrete repair, and drainage tie-ins around tenant access and property-management requirements.
The work kept the building operational while the site infrastructure was brought back into dependable condition.

“Benson planned the utility work around an active property and kept us informed every day. Tenants could still get where they needed to go.”
