The medical plaza site needed storm drainage, utility coordination, and pad preparation sequenced around active framing and material staging.
Benson kept the underground work, gravel bedding, and red clay grading moving so the building team could continue without losing access.
The work reflects the practical field coordination required on commercial sites where several trades are moving at once.
